How it works?
1. Two Introductory Seminars
2. Full Body Composition Scan
3. Advice on your meals, workout, water, and recovery.
5. Weekly assessments
6. Performance will be tracked by doing one workout (At given loads,reps,rounds,and time) and same workout will be given after.
7.One winner M/F will receive a Prize!!
**Non-members that sign up will have access to the gym 3 days a week during the duration of the challenge!
