INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMMING

Individual design programming is valuable for those who have specific weaknesses that they want to improve, as well as individuals who may be modifying movements due to pain. The goal of our individualized programming is to make those weaknesses a strength, and to help our members participate in their active lifestyle without pain.

WEEK LONG DROP-IN

If you would like to drop-in multiple days, we offer two separate week long packages: $54.99 for 1 week or $64.99 for 1 week plus a t-shirt. Both packages expire after 1 week.  

ON RAMP

If you are new, our four 1-on-1 Intro Sessions are the best way to get started. The soul of our programming is intensity but before intensity comes mechanics and consistency. The goal of our Intro Session is to get you familiar with the foundational movements and to make sure you are moving safely and accurately.

OPEN GYM

This option is for those who want to follow their own programming. Whether you are working with a remote coach or mastering specific skills, you will be able to come in any time during our open gym hours.
