Lagniappe 60 ($129/month)

Our 60 minute workout is high intensity at its finest, and highly varied on duration, format, and type. Workouts combine functional movements - from cardio & gymnastics to olympic & power lifting. Athletes need to be ready for anything! 

Lagniappe 45 ($119/month)

Our 45 minute workouts are designed to build your base and get you strong. Workouts will always include a foundational strength or skill portion, followed by a conditioning piece. Lagniappe 45 helps develop MCI (mechanics, consistency, intensity - in that order). Learn, lift, sweat! 

BootCamp ($89/month)

Not sure if CrossFit is for you?
Are you just looking a get a good SWEAT in?
Do you like working out in a group setting?
…..Then Bootcamp is for you!!!

Bootcamp is a separate program from our traditional CrossFit style classes. CrossFit and Bootcamp both typically utilize functional movements such as; running, rowing, push ups, pull ups, jumping, medicine balls, kettlebells, etc. However CrossFit also includes Olympic Lifts into their workouts whereas Bootcamp does not. Workouts will be 30-45 mins of a high intensity cardio.


*Prep Course

If you have never done CrossFit or group fitness training before, we highly encourage you to attend our Lagnaippe 45 class to start. These classes are a great introduction to Lagniappe 60 workouts. Or, if you’d prefer, you can attend 3 1-on-1 sessions with one of our coaches.

Class Packs ($20-$160)

Use them whenever you’d like. Perfect for people with unpredictable schedules. We have class packages in quantities of 1, 5, & 10 classes.
